Slim and Sassy Challenge 2013

Here is the beginning of the end of my unhealthy ways!!  I am not getting any younger, but I do keep putting on the pounds.  No, I'm not "obese" as the charts like to say, but I would like to get in a healthier place. 
(By the way...I hate that word...OBESE)

Well, I guess I will just put it out there how much I weigh and then I make myself accountable to all of you to do better and get healthier.  
Here goes:

My STARTING weight:  148.2 lbs.

I would like to lose 20 lbs.  I'm not as concerned about the number as I am about how I feel and look.  So, we will see where I end up on this journey.  I invite any of you reading this to join me in this journey.

As many of you know, I am a wife and mother to 6 kids.  So, I am a pretty busy girl.  I can come up with loads (no pun intended...haha) of excuses as to why I can't exercise but I am going to try and change that.  I would really like to commit to walking at least 30 minutes a day / 5 days per week.

I am also using doTerra's Slim and Sassy shakes, essential oils, and vitamins for my journey!!
